Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking details.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be available on selected orders or during promotional campaigns.
Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across India.

Please note:

COD availability depends on your delivery PIN code.
Additional verification may be required for high-value COD orders.
VELLORA reserves the right to cancel COD orders that cannot be verified successfully.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through:

WhatsApp (where available)

Customers can track their orders directly through the courier partner's tracking portal.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details while placing an order.

VELLORA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
